I found out about this group a while back but refused to join until I finished reading Join Me. Sadly, the fantastic idea of join me is an unknown topic in my area of living. So I decided to get the word out. So after about a month of that I started a local group of people following the same ideas of this group. Also Danny is a phenomonal writer, his books made me laugh, and they inspired me. Nice to finally join though!

Hi there Nick and welcome! What do you mean "your area of living" by the way - are you in a profession or locality not known for its kindness? Then you're in exactly the right place!

hello and welcome. Nick. Do come in and make yourself at home. Where abouts in America are you? There are several American Joinees who come on the forum, but i guess it's a big place and you're all a bit sperad out! Well done for getting a local group going. Mum White.

I'll just plump these pillows. There you are. Have a seat in the big cushy chair by the fire.

What's new?

Biscuit?

That is the NFL, what you on about? Unless them going on about NFC and AFC is causing the confusion? Still part of the NFL :)

2 separate strands, who used to be 2 competing leagues. (used to be AFL and NFL) But then they combined to form the NFL. they play amongst themselves, the Super Bowl is the NFC champions vs the AFC champions, to find the NFL champions.

NFC: National Football Conference
AFC: American football Conference
AFL: American Football Conference

Also, I'm going to go read the first post in this thread now so I can contribute to actual conversations! Sorry for thread jacking ;)

Right, caught up... Welcome nick! :D

Right Goddit. Well I was watching the AFC then? I like American Football, not a clue what goes on though. But I cannot take my eyes off it. Damn you Americans with your highly engrossing sports, I got enough to follow here in england!!
