How I can be today's TOP poster with a mere TWO posts.

That is not right. No, sir.

Get out your posting pens. The game is afoot!!

Sad, but I suspect we all knew the day was coming when the forum would be pretty much an occasional visit than a frequent destination.

The saddest thing is that there is a constant stream of new folk posting, but they do not always get very much response so it's probably quite hard for them to link in. I do think a lot of folk pass by the forum but don't leave messages so it seems quiet. I know I am often guilty of reading but not posting. Trying hard to remedy that though as I do still think the forum is a better place for big discussions and arrangements than Facebook for purely/mainly Join Me things. I also think the PN&I section is important for a number of people. Mum White xx

I think if I was a Newbie here and it was this quiet each time I looked in, I might seek solace and friendly conversation elsewhere.

But, I'm an oldbie. ©

Because of that, I like stopping here on my way to there just to see what's new. Present time contraints keep me from posting as often as I should.

We should have a weekly posting contest. Or monthly, at best. And two word or Yeah/nah posts shouldn't count.

(Off to plot and plan.) :pirate:

Yay, Craig! This place means much to me, too.

Have been out of Connecticutivity since around the 1st of the year; they assure me daily that 'it's being worked on' and that the normal time out is 24hrs or so. Two weeks and counting now, so I have to get off my fine fat backside to check at the library occasionally. Will be more frequent when the problem's resolved, so I'm shooting for Easter, now.
