First you'll have to install iTunes on the laptop. You'll want to go here and follow the instructions. Should be fairly simple.

Second, you'll have to move all of the music. Presuming it's all saved in the same place on the old PC, it should be a simple copy and paste jobby. Just copy your entire music folder to a memory stick or equivalent, and from there copy it to a new home on the laptop. (If it's not all saved in the same place it'll be a bit of a hide and seek mission, but I don't see why it wouldn't be)

Lastly, import all of the music into iTunes on the laptop. This is the bit I'm not too sure about as I don't use iTunes, but it should be fairly simple. I'm guessing you should just be able to click and drag the new music folder on the laptop right into iTunes, but someone might want to confirm that. If not, there will be a guide somewhere in iTunes help.

Hope that makes some sort of sense. Good luck!
Signature? Sounds like "shameless-self-promotion-ture" to me
