A belated Hello! A not-so-new Joinee introduces himself.

Hi all!

I've been very delayed in getting myself into the forum to introduce myself. I've been a Joinee for a while now, and have enjoyed doing mini-RAoK's for a long time, but I felt it was time to introduce myself before meeting some of you for Karmageddon 10! My first one, very nervous as I will know no-one there, but I'm looking forward to 'joining' in a more public and unified manner.

Will also be blogging about the event afterwards, so if anyone's interested in reading up on what I say, feel free to ask me and I'll drop you a link!

Well, I knew that people involved in this group would be nice, but the welcome has been a massive help in alleviating those newbie nerves I mentioned.

I will look forward to meeting people. I'll be the fella in specs with spiked hair and the grey trenchcoat! Will keep my eyes peeled for people of various heights and shoe styles!

Lou and Sheli, I have to say thank you to the both of you, you were both the first two to bring me into the fold and make me feel so welcome... I tried looking for you both as I left to ask you to stay in touch, so the offer stays open. I'm glad you liked the name story, it was nice to be able to connect with you both so quickly, you both gave me the confidence to keep talking to everyone else there so thank you both so much! No worries! My first K was ages ago but I remember it well and how there's so many people that you don't know but that know each other so it's hard to know where to start, so when I spotted you looking a little bit lost I thought I'd try and make sure you felt part of the group
