Hi all,

hope you don’t mind me posting but thought it might be of interest If you’re fans of Lord Sugar. He has just released a free ebook chapter from his latest book ‘The Way I See It’ which reveals the diet he chose and now swears by – THE TINY FORK DIET!

http://t.co/OF26X3r.

Enjoy!

I find tiny forks leave a slightly metallic aftertaste. Not so fond. Although I do like that they are bite-size, I suppose.

But then I personally find that the best diets don't involve eating cutlery of any size. But then I'm not a billionaire, so that's probably where I'm going wrong.

I thought it might be related to the Diet of Worms. Because you would need an awfully tiny fork for such a diet. But apparently, it's all about sausages, because it said that they couldn't find that link. And you can't eat what you can't find.

Anyway, I thought it was only an honorary peerage.

I already only eat with Tiny cutlery.... but that is because I enjoy the feeling of being a giant.

I try to shape my meal into a village full of scared screaming mushroom people and lush forests of broccoli in which are nestled idyllic pork chop houses.

Then I stomp through it all and munch it all down with a tiny tiny fork

I'm on the opposite diet. The enormous spoon diet...

As famously used by Audrey Tatou

But of course, it is a problematic diet

My favourite thing was that I knew he was going to say it even though I've never seen it before!

I'm clearly on a higher plain/plane/playne. (I know that last one is wrong, but I thought 3 choices were better than 2)

I love the fact that Alan Sugar reckons he's some sort of business guru when all he's ever done is sell crap at a slightly higher price than he paid for it.
