So, who fancies a picnic and dragging/pushing along their spawn? We do!

We're thinking of something in London but if we can get away with going to a park in the countryside it'd be better, it just depends on where people can get to easily. Bring along a rug or blanket to sit on, some toys and some picnic stuff and i think we'll have an 'off the hook' meet.

Dates? Well, the only free weekends we have are: 2nd and 3rd of July or 6th and 7th August.

6th/7th August would be best for us, and somewhere London-ish (inside the M25) would be better too, just for travel :-)

Regent's park would be the idealest for us as it's walkable from Marylebone, which is where choo choos from Warwick arrive at. I'll be at the beer festival though, so it'll be Janey's call depending on how well tiny behaves the night before!

If it were the Sunday then probably not though, as that'd be two trips in in two days and that'd be getting pricey. Plus the trains on Sundays are lousy.

Same here - i'll be at the Great British Beer Festival with a fair few southern joinee types on the Friday (and some from further afield), so i guess you'll see a selection of people depending on how ridiculous their hangovers are.....

Picnic food is required if you want to eat!

Aim of the day is to have a nice chilled one sitting about, enjoying the sun (hopefully) and to have a good chin wag. Nothing special like a Raok challenge, not yet. Maybe as the kids get older we can get some games in

Having said that, i think we have some older kids in the group as well,... (thinks of fun games to play).

We are (almost) the proud owners of a 4 berth caravan and are now more than equipt for short one nights away in different parts of the UK!!

Argh! This is the same day as the Lollibop Festival.

It starts at 11, so we'll have to see if we can nip out for an hour to catch up with people and then head back in.
