It occured to me today that I have 5 weddings, a bklessing and a royal gala to do this year and my suit is starting to look a bit shabby... it's 11 years old and was £70 from matalan so it did ok. Thing is, it looked good on me.

I've had a quick look about for sothing similar in most of the shops, but can't find anything I like.

I was wondering if anyone had any experiance of bespoke tailoring, where was good and where was poop? Or... are you a tailor?

Any help appreciated

A while ago, my friend was raving about www.asuitthatfits.com. Not had personal experience of it, though.
Imagine fighting the power of the gods with flashlight batteries! Needless to say, it didn't work, and everyone died.

5 weddings??? Are you going to one I've not been invited too ;-).... But yes you do need a new suit... We shall look round the shops one weekend to get an idea of what you want.
Let me apologise now if I hurt anyone's e-feelings.

Pop into the Savoy tailors guild for a measurement, they're damn good. Then, once they've done, double check the figures, make a note of them & then tell them you have no intention of buying a suit & walk off. Pricey, you see.

The you can just order the perfect suit from anywhere you like.

I got a suit for my wedding from the tailor in Buckingham, I made sure I could use in as a general everyday suit though and tend to wear it for weddings. It is pricey compared to off the shelf, but I highly recommend it as it is a fantastic fit, feels and looks great.

A Royal Gala?!?!?!?! Impressed!!

There is now and again a deal on Groupon for a place on Saville row but heavilly discounted. May be worth joining up and looking put for in case it comes up again soon.

As predicted (no points for originality Groupon) the offer has been repeated again today. Not sure if the link will work from my mobile but here goes

http://www.groupon.c...campaign=Varies

Sorry it's messy.
