I know this is a little after the fact, but we opted this year (it was a little last minute...) for the RNLI.

Having supported this charity for some time, Ben gave a short speech outlining their work, and encouraging everyone to support them.

The response was great, so thanks to all present, but if anyone couldn't make it, and feels generous, the RNLI's site is here, and offers a handy donate now link. So, with all the money you saved on not travelling to Liverpool, you could help save lives...
