Right, I think this is what we're doing now:

12:30 - meet at THE GREEN ROOM CAFE/BAR
Clicky here

1:15 - Lunch at THE BIG WOK, Wrottesley St. All you can eat Chinese Buffet for £6.00.
Clicky here

3:00 - Duck Race at the "FLOOZIE IN THE JACUZZI" fountain, Victoria Square

Then a bit of old-school RAOKing for them that wants it - do as much or as little as you like, and there will be a challenge if anyone wants to do it.

At some point (some may want to go sooner than others!), assemble at THE WELLINGTON, Bennetts Hill.
Clicky here

7:30 - Function room at THE OLD JOINT STOCK, TEMPLE ROW (yes I'm sticking with it - we'll get the numbers up by the day itself so I'm not going to fret about it)
Clicky here
And Jazz in The Bar is not an instruction!

There will be QUIZZAGE and SILLY GAMES - Please let me know if you can bring something like Twister, Buckaroo, etc. And I think the fairest way to do it is GIRLS V BOYS

Plus some fundraising (as yet to be confirmed - if you have any requests or suggestions, let me know!)

After that, we can pile down to the PAD THAI RESTAURANT AND KARAOKE BAR, HOLLOWAY HEAD for karaoke. Plus you can get a late night snack if you fancy (but you don't have to eat there to do karaoke)
Clicky here

I'll see if I can put a map up at some point.
Hurrah!

The fairest way? If you mean the way that we'll beat their sorry bottoms then you're right! Do you have Cranium because I'm not sure I can carry it? I'll tell you for nothing though that it wouldn't be right without it.

But I'll make some up.

Who's In The Bag is the greatest game ever invented!!

scratch that, it's the greatest THING ever invented. And it makes my whites whiter than white. FACT.
It's not easy being a fool, but it is definitely more fun and worth it in the end

Well sir you have clearly not been introduced to the genius of GIANT WHO'S IN THE BAG!!!!

I'm never sure if the clue is properly audible or not, but it is: "Her name might rhyme with "Shoe" ... or!!!.... "Shoe-eeza...."

WHO'S IN THE BAAAAG?!?!?

Where's the best place to park that's near the main evening venue? That way I can bring some games and leave in the car 'till they be needed!

Making the "rhymey" part of this a bit confusing as either could be 2!?

Is there another digit that rhymes with new and glue?
There's your answer then! :P
I just wanted to make it interesting!

Edit to add: Darren, you got it right!
