Hey folks,

There's an awful lot of ticket requests in the system which have not yet been collected for printing. (At time of writing, they add up to 90 unprinted tickets!)

I've sent out a reminder to every email address which currently has un-collected tickets. It would be ever so helpful to us if people could either collect-and-print their tickets if they are expecting to come, or Cancel them if they know for sure that they're not able to make it.

If you think you might be in this position but didn't notice that email from me (and/or you never saw the initial email that was sent when you Requested tickets), please email k6@joinees.org and I can help you out from there.

The last chance to Request tickets is 10pm on Friday. The last chance to Collect/Print all tickets will be 10am on Saturday.

I left home on Tueday afternoon and realised straight away I knew there was something I'd forgotten to print out at work! Argh!

I'll try and catch an internet cafe or something tomorrow... but will there be some I could collect on the day or something?

Yes, we will gather up all the spares people have at Leicester Square, combine those with the small batch of spare tickets I've already created, and hand them out.

Alternatively, if you know you've requested some tickets and won't be able to print them out (or, you've printed them, lost/forgotten them and won't have a chance to reprint), you could try emailing me (k6@joinees.org) and I'll see if I can make those specific tickets available for collection.*

(* note this plan isn't guaranteed, because if I can't shake this stinking cold I've got, I might not be there at all)

I'm a good girl. I have now printed out all of my tickets. Including Del's. :)

Now I just have to remember to bring them

Last call for any "please print my tickets for me and I'll collect them at Leicester Square" requests is 6.30pm. Yes, as in today.

After that time, I will be busy packing and getting myself out of the door and on my way to London - and thus will not have access to a printer.
(I will still be able to do email though, including answering mails to k6@joinees.org.)

There will be a very small number of spare tickets available at Leicester Square, as well as a collect-and-share of any surplus tickets.

If you won't be joining us until the pub-event and you won't have a ticket by the time you get there, you must email k6@joinees.org immediately (as in right now, the very second that you're reading this) so that arrangements can be made.

For ticket assistance on the day, call the K6 Hotline - 07941 84 84 83. Please store that number in your phone before leaving home/hotel/hostel to travel to the event.

The deadline for new ticket requests has passed, you can't put in any new requests.

Until 10am, existing requests can still be printed. If you can't find the mail from the ticket system, email k6@joinees.org (being sure to tell me your email address in the body of your mail - the mail headers will not be enough for me to help you now!)

Also, ignore the nonsense about Golden Square and 1.30pm that shows up on the "ticket system closed" page. I forgot to edit that piece of code between k5 and k6!
