Ooo we've got ace Loverpool ones, but I stole almost all of the ones I've got - you should badger Kieran or Jase for them, though. Or, K and Jase, send them to Emily :)

Is this for going up on the screen, or for being printed on some kind of prize?

A good place to start would be the flickr streams which people post links to after each major meet. Would you like those links recreating here, so you can choose images easily, or is the point of asking that you won't get a chance to go looking?

I suspect to go on screens. It takes a very long time to trawl through flickr/etc. links and download photos - and generally, the person that took them is best placed to know which ones came from what meets.

I suspected as much. But it's difficult to offer some up without knowing what they're intended for - shall presume it's for the screen and have a hunt to find some fun ones. :)

With a bit of luck they'll be for the screens... though they'll need to go through a bit of an editing process to avoid and problems.

Details, please! (So we can save the organisers having to do that editiing, by doing it in advance... in line with what Matt says about not having time to browse.)

Like, what size and resolution will look best, and what formats will be acceptable?

The best person to answer this is probably whoever is lending or renting the projector? What resolution is it?

Probably won't be a projector this year... but HD resolution (1024×768/ XGA) works very well for image processing and display

Though links to Flikr and stuff are lovely, it's a lot easier for the compilation of images if they're actually sent across as trawling through peoples photo collections take HOURS.

You don't need to send loads. Just bash them across to Karmageddon@mac.com.

Cheers

Um .. I would like to send you one or two of the knitting shots, but I am unsure as to how to "bash them across ..." At the moment they are all on iphoto, some are on Flickr, and I can easily put them on Flickr, or even on here. It's the bashing I'm not sure about. If someone can tell me in easy words what to do, I'll have a go! Mum White.

If you've got the originals as files on your computer (probably JPG files, but I'm not sure how that might look on a mac), you just need to send an email to Karmageddon@mac.com and attach the photo files to that email.

The specifics of that, will depend on if you're using the Mail program on your mac, or a web-based email service (such as Hotmail or Gmail).

I'm guessing your files are on a Mac. this is good as it makes sending them easy...

1) Start a new E-mail from mail and address it to Karmageddon@mac.com
2) Then just drag and drop the photos into the e-mail
3) Press send and make a cup of tea in reward for a job well done.
