It's a fair comment - i won't deny it.....
And a choice you make....we all make i suppose to an extent.....

I guess it IS a choice, but it seemed like the logical one and I was upset cos I hate it when logic doesn't pan out.

Fact is, I can't even afford to go out drinking with Annie and she lives down the road. I haven't been out in over a month!!! Not since Durham in fact...

Logic - sadly - in real life - very rarely pans out!!!

any time anyone comes to Glasgow (or even Edinburgh for that matter) I always make the effort to go spend time with them

yey! it was lovely to see you the other day.

On another note... no-one ever comes to Caerphilly to see me.

(well, apart from Whitby on his magnet collecting thing, and Jen, Jase & Emma Clifford for the Caerdydd meet I organised, and Dancin' Kev t'other day when he was over for the rugby)

I bet if I organised another Welsh meet no-one would come.

Jamie I absolutely swear that I've had my head so far up my own a~se these past few months that I had no idea Brighton was happening! I'd manage to leave planning going on holiday till June by which point I wasn't allowed to have two weeks together off until the middle of September. I am that rubbish.

My tutor was talking about how 28/29 can be hard years because it's the point where you have to deal with all your stuff and come back out the other side. Whether you are a hippy that eats sugar pills or not that's happened to me this year. Hence the life changes...again!

Think sticky sweaty bag of twiglets that occasionally farts on your leg and that's more like it :P

I now get to spend Saturday with some people I've not spent much time with before which will be nice, and Friday evening eating dinner with two of my favouritist people, and Sunday in a pub with some other funky fellas.

This weekend has actually turned out #!$&ing awesome.

Yay for boyfriends throwing paddies on one's behalf :)

Just to stick my oar in, cos it will bother me if I don't... in my particular point I wasn't talking about meets, I was talking about me being in a place and asking people to be free at some point over a couple of days... and not one person will ever give me a definitive answer. And to reiterate I realise people have things on in their own lives, but what bugs me most is noone bothers to tell you they can't do it they just ignore you til it goes away*.

* generalisation of massive proportions

Further to this I will point out that this does not just apply to Londoners, but pretty much everyone I know!
With a face like this I won't break any hearts, with thinking like that I won't make any friends
