Ok peeps, here's the 411.
We're a little over five weeks from the date of this meet and, apart from the initial "would you be interested" thread we've had very little interest. So far there are five people listed in the roll call thread, three of whom are organisers (and of them one won't be able to come now with his new job starting so near to the date), and one of the others had already planned to be in Dublin that weekend.
I don't know if people are waiting to see who else is going before they make plans, or if the initial interest has evaporated now that it comes to actually making arrangements. I know Ive been lax in drumming up interest, and Del has been understandably distracted recently, and Linda is rarely around to bang the drum and yell at people to come visit us.
So here's the bottom line: if you still want this meet to happen, please, please show your support by adding your name to the rollcall thread.

I would *love* to sometime, but I'm just holidayed out. I've had a traveltastic summer already and I still have Durham, Birmingham, Cornwall, Spain and Italy on the books.
I don't want any more holidays. I actually want to do some work, damnit!

I was an initial interest, but unfortunately despite much crossing of fingers will not be able to manage this due to having to work (it's Last Night of the Proms you see).
I WILL however be up for it another time when I can forward plan a little better.

The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is to high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.
