What he said. Or stay in bed.

OR just go in the sea - that way it makes no difference if it rains or not!

Sea sounds reasonable to me... Until you realise it's Brighton. See right now Im in my dream world, you're all welcome here. But when I was in Thai Land the sea was much much warmer than the rain showers so sea was ace!!

no, it will not be raining. i'm filming outside that day and i don't do filming in the rain, especially not with a new HD camera.

so think positive, or if it is raining, buy an um-brell-a-a-eh-eh and come cover me up all day!

Wait a second. I have been led to believe by my auntie who lives in London that the weather is always lovely down South. It's just oop North that it rains. Surely she would not lie to me?! :o

It will be fine. My plans involved drinking & swimming. So I'd be wet anyway & drinking is an any weather activity.

I like the building a castle idea. That will do. And that going in the sea idea. Let's do that too. Hurrah!

Oh, and Choccywoccydoodah. We'll go sit in there. I'll call it research for work. I'm supposed to be calling them to arrange a sampling anyway.

Yep, those were exactly the lines I was thinking along. But you know, I figure that if it's a choice between cold and wet whilst swimming about in the sea Vs being cold and wet sat on a soggy beach, the sea still wins.

Until you factor in the Poo and Wee.

I'd rather just get a bit wet, frankly. Anyway, most people are pissed enough not to care.

Really? Well I hope you're right.

I've just heard from two seperate sources that it's going to be very wet in the Southeast this weekend.

Keeping everything crossed that they're wrong!

Saturdays predominate forecast is to be sunny intervals

or words to that effect, from the BBC website. So depends on how optimistic we are about how long the sunny intervals will be.

Yep - Metcheck is saying the same thing - that it'll be mainly clear but with some showers.

Tough call re the picnic. I'm trying to be optimistic though...
