Don't forget to bring the right PE kit!

It's traditional because I did it last year.

There will be no whistles amid hangovers.

This is an excellent point. Erm, I'll just cheer silently at everyone else running whilst nursing a water of water and some asprin.

In that case no ones safe. Sickness travels, when you're spinning at that speed :o

The run will be before anyone else has made it out of bed. I shall be at the greasy spoon as usual.

Bungee trampolines.

On a full breakfast
and a shake away
and some red wine.

Sorts the real men from the boys.
Off. Back. Off again.

Not Suitable for Under 18's or those easily offended.

Ben, you know full well you weren't allowed your shakeaway until you were done on the Bungee trampoline. Don't try and make out to be harder than you really are ;)
The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is to high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.

Never look down on someone unless you're helping them up.
