If I go, and if I go by train rather than drive down, then I could meet you at Kings Cross Thameslink station for that train
I can only do the Saturday though as I am on duty early on the Sunday, so would be coming back on a train around 20:00

The New Madeira Hotel. No idea what it's like, they just had rooms available on line!
Last time we landed up in a really seedy B&B. It was quite hilarious. Between managing a completely hammered, 17 year old Andy and negotiating the young man in the fetching green evening gown and the naked bloke lurking in the doorway next to Andy's room, I discovered that my room was the fire escape, and would unlock automatically if the fire alarm went off. The route out of the building was through the window above my bed
I wonder if we'll have so much fun this time! Mum White.

So with less than a week to go, time to firm up the train travel plans for Saturday morning!
11:10 from Kings Cross Thameslink.
I will aim to get there about 15 mins early, and will aim for the front of the train

Yep, yep. It is hard/far to get there from Kings Cross. My stupid ticket has only given me 20mins to gt from one to the other.

If you come out the exit that leads to MacDonalds and Pret to the left of the staion when lookign away form it. Walk past a recruitment agency on the left hand side of the road and a you see a bus stop and lots os people milling baout. This is the entrance to the Thameslink station. If this is unclear I'm much better at directions on the phone and work in that area and know it well. Am also going to Pirtaes and can liaise with Kate (who is coming) on when we go and where cna meet lost wayfarers if they need it.
Yes. *nods*

If we all aim for the front of the train end of the platform we should be easily spottable!

I didn't want to speak for you, you may prefer travelling with less people.
You'll be too busy reading harry potter to be much of a companion on the journey anyway.
