Team Notts. did a grand job, and the Joinees, of course, made it a very pleasurable experience.
Special thanks to all the footballers and cheerleaders who made it a good match, with a great atmosphere, and a very nice way to spend Sat. afternoon.
Extra special thanks to Polly Heck for the Poi lesson, even though I suck.
Oh, and thanks to whoever decided I was 'Man of THe Match' - I am inordinately proud.

Martin, I hope your legs aren't as painful as they were this morning. If they are, then the "Deep Heat" should help out a little bit.
Warren, cheers for being such a good laugh and try and keep you back ink free next time I see you.
Respect to Phil for being such a tireless, hard-working captain on Saturday and to "Worm" for the quality saves.
Cheers to the girls on the 'Team North' touchline for your vocal support as well as all the hugs after the game.
Emily, the bacon sandwich was ace!
A BIG thank you to Ben, on behalf of Team North for the kit.
Sivar. I loved your inexhaustible supply of jokes.
Kieran, cheers for the advice on the cameras.
Elliot.......you are possibly the first man I have seen, outside of "Viz", run down the wing with can of cider in your hand.
big hugs to everyone involved and hopefully I may see you around again sometime.
-Nope! Ive blown them up!

Thanks to the House of West for the accomodation, and for lettingus bagsy the sofa bed
Thanks to Emily for the cakes...and for making me laugh harder than I thought possible on Friday night with her "faux" innocence. We all know what you're REALLY like Emily..and about your relationship with Charles Worthington...
Thanks to team North for playing so valiantly, and to Wilf for running and getting the paramedic.
Thanks to Mhairi and Holly for making me laugh continuously all weekend (and Mhairi for sharing my FC size 10) excitement.
Thanks to Phil for having napkins when I was the victim of a drive by "shooting".
Thank you finally to EVERYONE for complimenting me. Sorry I wasn't very modest, but i was genuinely as excited as you all were about how I looked!! It's been hard work

Thanks to Shell and Phil C, for being my fabulous first night roomies, for keeping me up half the night giggling and then waking me early to watch Jeremy Kyle (I’m sure i also speak for Shell, when i say thank you Phil for being a gentleman at 4 in the morning
Phil for the brilliant directions - "you know where you are now, we've been round this bit three times"
Jamie for being my awesome pool playing partner and for being most huggable.
The founders of Tequila - "it makes me happy" and a little sick which the song mysteriously forgets to mention.
DWH for the chocolate bunny, your ability to spot an ice cream van at 200 paces and general aceness.
Rory for lending me your coat, not getting me too lost and for constantly making me laugh
Kieran for putting up with my love of rubbish 80's music, loving Noel Edmunds almost as much as i do and for the best make-shift penguin ever
Nick for making me feel terribly old (who names a band Itchicoo anyway?)
And all the Tequila club members for being such superb entertainment all of Friday.
Everyone who went to the Cookie Club Friday night, especially the ground floor dancers. Phil & Biddle for the campest rendition of 'It's Raining Men' i have ever been part of, Hatch for stylishly dropping me in the middle of the dance floor and everyone for coming round to the fact Electric dreams is the best song ever.
Helen for being my roomie Saturday night, for making me giggle constantly and for being more hungover than i.
Our North and Sarf footballing heroes - you are an inspiration to us all
Toby - for being Toby. Part genius part cantaloupe
I'm sure i've missed loads out, but i've gone on for long enough. Everyone was superb company, i'm missing you guys already.
In the words of Helen - Glove you Big xx

Annie is indeed ACE and coped amazingly bravely.
So far as I could see, the mental - a tallish girl with big curly brown hair - was leaning against the bar at the edge of the dance floor having an argument with her boyfriend. They also seemed to get inordinately bothered any time anybody walked past them; as though they expected to be given some privacy on the dance floor.
Then at some point she just leapt through a couple of dancers and started clawing and scratching in Annie's direction. It was really sudden, and I'm pretty sure there's no way we'd bumped into them.
Phil and I were in good positions to slide in between and just say something like "OY, NO!" at which point the boyfriend pretty much grabbed her by the scruff of the neck and dragged her off the dance floor. Sorry for the not-mentioning-you if there was anybody doing the same at the other side of Phil - my gaze was fixed on the psycho!
I can still hear Annie saying "I don't know her!"
Well done Meekster.
And as for the thank-you's... I'm still so chilled out and happy from the whole weekend... all I can say is THANK YOU. You. Yes, you, and you too. The bloody lot of you. There wasn't a single thing that anybody did that wasn't wonderful. Except Elliot throwing up on Jo, of course. But... well, it wouldn't be a GGF without a bit of that.
And Del, I think your final words in the Sal (about how good a time you'd had), are my moment of the weekend.
