On behalf of the victorious Team South I'd like to Thank Kieran for his excellent match refereeing, especially the generous touch of disallowing Warrens goal to keep the game exciting, but really Thanks!

I'm sensing that this is the decision that will go down in history, having generated the most angst... ;)

Seriously guys, thanks for letting me referee again and putting up with me missing a few tricks, as it were - I absolutely loved getting out there with the teams and being involved, I was really glad to feel a little bit more like I had a clue than I did last year, and most of all, it's really rehabilitated me and football, after the wilderness years (the entirety of my life up until now, that is!)

I will admit to wearing the "Scotty is a Judas" one, (with the "Team North" bit ripped off!), cos that's just simply a fact :P

Anything else was clearly left on my person (BY SHELLI!) during an assault, knobtouch, or something she told me to do and I had to cos she's my mum, innit.

ah KnobTouch - how i did laugh. A LOT

Also - apologies to all for my slightly pissed managerial-style-tirade in the last 20mins - designed to give you a bit of a lift - i fear resulting in unanimous - "who's that loud bastard on the side lines"

;-)

genius - in fact - sod the apology - i was LOVING IT! :-)

Hathorn!! Of course!! The mysterious "Noel from Coventry" was Joinee Hathorn.

Well played, there was much moaning amongst Team north's cheerleaders that South had hired a ringer :D
The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is to high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.

Never look down on someone unless you're helping them up.
