Just a quick thank you, on behalf of Rachel, and all the kids and staff at the hospital, for all the wonderful toys, games, booksetc that were donated on Saturday.

I took a few pictures, but can't post the ones with the kids in until I've had permission from the hospital.

In the meantime, here's a picture of the pile of goodies you guys managed to get together to fill their little playroom!

Well done all involved!!!

Yay! Thanks Dave!
And thanks everyone for all the stuff! They were dead chuffed!

There's even more stuff out of view - a load of DVDs and CDs that I'm sure the kids will love, especially the "Mr. Bump" CD. We nearly gave them "Operation" but thought better of it!

Thank you guys! You should all be immensely proud! I certainly am!

Great stuff!

Craig Drought nearly gave them Tim Burton's book, The Melancholy Death of Oster Boy, but we kinda realised it may not have been the best thing for them.... Ironically brilliant maybe, but the nurses looked like they could kick our asses, and so we decided against it.

See, that's the last time you ask me to be "official photographer". ;-)

We also got them a "Kidz Beatles" CD. Yes, Kidz with a Z, I'm pretty sure. To educate them young. Hoorah for us!

It was genius mate!
I just remember flicking through the book with you, and looking at all the pictures, and coming to the realisation that it perhaps wasn't the best idea! Hehe.

A fantastic collection! Bravo to one & all involved!

... I know there were older kids on other wards, but I like the fact that we left a dozen or so 15 certificate films in a toddlers play area. Oops.
