What do you reckon??

As a lot of you know, i live in Epsom....which is kinda near the North Downs and only 40 mins from Central London.

I have a free house (says sad little man who lives with parents) on both 25th Feb and 3rd March. So, the plan would be:

1) Get a train from London Victoria/London Waterloo to Epsom.

2) Either i give you a lift or we get a taxi to Headley Heath

3) We walk for a distance (somewhere between 12 and 18 miles - depending on what i prepare) up to Box Hill and surrounding area.

4) You then have the option of a) getting a train straight home..... B) (thats a b!) crashing out round my house for a few hours of well prepared  fnu and then heading off. Trains run up till midnight.

Well??

Let me know......most of the route is already planned :D .

Don't have anything in the diary for either of those dates and think another walk soon is kind of imperative. Let me double check & I'll get back to you.

My NY training has begun! Well.....I went for a swim yesterday......

SO IT BEGINS!

I'd rather do the 25th February...as long as its ok with everyone. That should hopefully mean that Scotty can come too??

I so far have:

1) some beautiful views
2) a slightly challenging 10 mile walk (soon to be lengthened)
3) a very nice pub at the end

:D

Well, i did a 12 mile walk today and i think thats probably about the distance we want to be doing if the practice walk is going ahead on the Saturday too.

You'll be pleased to know there are a number of ways of cutting the walk short :)

OR it's off due to some of us being ill and the rest of us deciding whilst out on the p**s that they really couldn't be bothered and would rather get drunk.
