Both these posts excite me.

Babies! :D

(though no more now from anyone else ok? Cause if everyone goes and has one then people will start looking expectantly this way, when they really shouldn't for about another three years. But yay for all current future-babies!)

(from Wikipedia)

The Baby Train is a popular urban legend, told in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. According to the rumor, a certain small town had an unusually high birth rate. It seems that a freight train would pass through the town at 5:00 am and blow its whistle, waking up all the residents. Since it was too late to go back to sleep and too early to get up, couples would find other ways to amuse themselves in bed. This resulted in the mini-baby boom.

Honestly the next person at work who says anything along the lines of "your turn next!" is getting stabbed.my favourite was the one who grinned at me like a loon and promised "not to say anything" when I was slouched at my desk and didn't realise anyone was there, so wasn't holding my tummy in. Cow.

Back to smiles though! Yay for OTHER babies!

Me and my Mum just rang the Anniversaries Office to remind them that it's my Grandparents' 60th (Diamond) Wedding Anniversary tomorrow so that they will get a telegram from the Queen!!!! :)
Imagine fighting the power of the gods with flashlight batteries! Needless to say, it didn't work, and everyone died.

Mod note - As per the discussion in General Business, we'll close this as an experiment for a week to see if we can drive up traffic elsewhere in the forum. Have fun with it. Run riot around the other sections and get some threads kicked off. PJNC
