oh my goodness, I made a recipe from Gizzi's Cook Yourself Thin on channel 4, an aubergine and garlic dip, it is so bloomin delicious I think I want to eat this every day for the rest of my life! AND it is good for you and super easy to make, WIN!

It takes a LOT for me to throw away food but the hot dog and chips I had in the Waggoner's car park was not the high standard I was expecting.

At 10.15am I had a bacon sandwich, made with 5 rashers of streaky bacon
At 3pm I had an egg mayo sandwich, made with free range, ex-battery hen eggs
Later this evening I shall have a seafood paella

CAKE! With a guides sleepover, a toddlers party and my son and his girlfriend up for the weekend, there was a lot of cake - the trouble is, no one ate very much, as it was so hot. Result - lots of left over cake :D Mum White.

Philadelphia style sushi...cream cheese, avocado and salmon. I learned the HOT way that the secret to wasabi sauce is to try a little tiny bit first.

non-pizzay things. I've been on the pizza way too much recently. So much so I've gotton to the point where I really don't want to eat crap anymore, and I love my crap. My boyfriend did make me an eggy-bread sausage sarnie for breakfast though which was rather scrummy. But I'm filling my plate with veg come dinner time, I swear!

Haha! Actually, it is yummy, but I have to say that it id one of my stand by dishes, as it it so easy, and I always keep a couple of duck breasts in the freezer and there's always cognac! Served with a mix of green veg and new potatoes it's pretty much fast food! Mum White x
