Well, at 7am I had a Starbucks' skinny latte with an extra shot and bought some porridge with syrup from Benjy's.

Had a slice/slab of yule log at break, followed by a shortbread finger. (I had my "college group" lesson 3, so that was my justification).

Bagel with marmite at lunch and also picked at leftover chocolate that had fallen off the yule log.

On the way home, went to Spud-u-Like for cheese and coleslaw filling cos couldn't be arsed to cook tea and half-asleep.

I blame it all on my cold. Ahem!

Stuffing. I will not be eating again today.

Nor will I eat stuffing for the rest of the month.

I'm doing Weigh#!$&chers (and I gym it 2-3 times a week) but that is an example of a day when I went OVER my points. I have a heavy cold; it makes me want to eat and, yeah.

Feed a cold and starve a fever? Or the other way round?

It's that way round. Specifically, you shouldn't feed the cold, but the person that's feeling ill. That's a better method.

Personally, whenever I have a cold I'm ravenous (more so than usual) and when I get a fever I just can't eat. I think I'm lucky like that though.

Maybe the reason I tend not to. I often just forget about lunch if I've had breakfast (unusual for me), and so subsist on one decent meal a day and snacks (mostly fruit or cheese, in my defense). Yes, I know it's bad, but I'm still a decent body weight, and I have a good muscle/fat ratio, so it must be working for me.

for breakfast a vanilla yoghurt and many many chocolates that were meant for an advent calendar
for dinner maybe a toast with cheese.

Everyone thinks it's disgusting till they try it. Works well with coke too. You pour it into one third glass of milk then chug it down. It's superbly thirst quenching on a hot sunny day. Give it a go.

When I bake fresh pie, I lay the excess pastry on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Then bake. Yum!

You ever do/have that?
