Seeing the gorgeous weather over the Cairngorms today, having them all to myself and making it back in one piece, even if my boots didn't.

This made me smile yesterday evening, as even a removal company van makes me think of Join Me.

Posted Image

Just goes to show just how big a part of my life this place has become really, that I see a van with a word on it, and I think of a person I've only ever met a few times. And I count her as a good friend too. x

Yay for happy!

I got proper confirmation that the job in the States has been sorted and it's mine. Rar!
I just realised that I've been wearing size 20 trousers for a while and they have been getting baggier and baggier. I have a couple of pairs of size 16 jeans that I could never bring myself to throw out, out of curiosity I tried them on and they fit perfectly!!! Double rar!

What a brilliant way to start the day. Hope it was a good e mail as well?

By the way, what made me smile today, was getting home from work to find a jiffy bag waiting for me with presents in from a very special Joinee who never fails to make me smile. (You know who you are).

My sister made me smile telling me how she and her work pals got through a really boring seminar by sitting at the back playing "bullshit bingo",for those that dont know how to play, everyone has a word that is typically used in these talks such as;targets,strategically,input,interface,teamwork.... you get the idea, and when the speaker says one of these words the person with that word has to do a dare of some sort, right away, juvenile I know, but funny as hell

Oh, and sending a text to the question of the day on Chris Evans on radio 2 and having it read out and him saying hello to me. That made me smile :D
